Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship internationally, including to the USA, Belgium, and other countries worldwide.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

- West Africa: 5–10 business days

- Europe (Belgium, France, etc.): 10–20 business days

- United States & Canada: 15–25 business days

- Other international destinations: 15–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

5. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (when available).
